Individual & Couples Therapy
Depth-oriented therapy for couples and individuals feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and stuck
Approach to Therapy
Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences shape your current challenges and how old patterns continue to show up in the present. You’ll gain insight into your thoughts, beliefs, expectations, and emotions. We’ll look at attachment themes and relationship patterns. Helping you see yourself more clearly and find new ways to cope, respond, and interact - so you can make choices that align with the person you want to be and connect with the people who matter most.
My style is direct, warm, and grounded in understanding. I integrate psychodynamic insight, experiential depth, and attachment-based approaches to help you connect insight to action.

About
Hi, I’m Jordan.
I specialize in working with couples through a systemic, relational lens—meaning I pay close attention to the patterns, histories, and dynamics that shape how we show up in our relationships.
I earned my B.A. in Linguistics and Psychology from Iowa State University and my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. I completed my clinical training at Irving Family Advocacy Center, where I provided trauma-informed counseling for adults, couples, and families navigating everything from everyday stress to more complex relational and trauma-related experiences.
At the core of my work is the belief that people make sense in context—and that meaningful change happens when we understand not just what is happening, but why.
